摘  要:为筛选甘蔗无根试管苗最适种植基质,提高其成活率,降低生产成本,以甘蔗新品种桂糖44号为试材,采用单因素试验研究不同基质对其无根试管苗瓶外生根成活率的影响。结果表明:桂糖44号无根试管苗在不同基质上成活率依次为70%田园土+30%河沙(T_4)>田园土(T_3)>河沙(T_5)>70%黄泥+30%河沙(T_2)>黄泥土(T_1)>高肥力有机质(T_6);生长速依次为T_6>T_4>T_3>T_2>T_1>T_5;发根快慢依次为T_5>T_4>T_2>T_3>T_1>T_6,但发根时间差异不大;不同基质中以高肥力有机质最容易发霉,其次是田园土,黄泥和河沙不易发霉。甘蔗无根试管苗最适种植基质为70%黄泥+30%河沙。The effect of different substrates on rooting survival rate of GT44 (a new sugarcane variety) test-tube plantlets without roots was studied by a single factor test to screen the optimum cultivate substrate for test-tube sugarcane plantlets without roots, improve the survival rate and reduce production cost. Results: The survival rate of GT44 test-tube plantlets without roots cultured on different substrates is T4 (70% garden soil+30% river sand))T3 (garden soil))T5 (river sand))T2 (70% yellow soil + 30% river sand)〉T1 (yellow soil))T6 (organic matter with higher fertility). The growth rate of GT44 testtube plantlets without roots cultured on different substrates is T6 〉 T4 〉 Ta 〉 T2 〉 T1 〉 T5. The rooting speed of GT44 test-tube plantlets without roots cultured on different substrates is T5〉T4 〉T2〉T3〉T1〉 T6 but there is no obvious difference in rooting time among six treatments. The organic matter with higher fertility gets mildewed easily, followed by garden soil, and yellow soil and river sand do not get mildewed easily. The optimum cultivate suhstrate for test-tube sugarcane plantlets without roots is 70%% yellow soil + 30% river sand.
