摘 要:为乌蒙烟区清香型特色烤烟生产提供参考,以云烟99、云烟105和云烟203烤烟品种为材料,采用田间试验研究不同施N量对3个清香型烤烟品种产量、农艺性状、化学成分、致香物质、经济性状和感官质量的影响。结果表明:在施氮量为60~105kg/hm^2时,云烟99、云烟105和云烟203清香型烤烟品种的产量随施氮量增加而增加,株高、茎围、最大叶长、最大叶宽和有效叶片数等农艺性状也随施氮量增加而升高;产值、均价、上等烟比例和致香物质总量随施氮量增加呈先升高后降低趋势。在施氮量为82.5kg/hm^2时,烟叶的内在化学成分较协调,感官质量较优。3个清香型烤烟品种的适宜施氮量均为82.5kg/hm^2,且以云烟105烤烟品种的综合表现最佳。In order to provide references for fen-flavor flue-cured tobacco production in Wumeng tobacco growing area, the responses of agronomic traits, chemical compositions, aroma components, economic traits and sensory quality evaluation to nitrogen application rates were studied in three flue-cured tobacco varieties(Yunyan 99, Yunyan 105, Yunyan 203). Results: Agronomic traits and the yield of each variety increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate in the range of 60-105 kg/hm^2 , while the output value, average price, proportion of the high class leaf and the amount of the aroma components first increased and then decreased with nitrogen application rate increasing. When the nitrogen application rate was 82.5 kg/hm^2 , the intrinsic chemical composition was more harmonious and the sensory quality was better. Therefore, the suitable nitrogen application rate of the three flue-cured tobacco varieties was 82.5 g/hm^2. Yunyan 105 exhibited relatively better among the three varieties.
