摘  要:为对地鳖虫的规模化和科学化饲养提供依据,以椰壳粉、锯末为原料配制新型非土基质饲养鳖虫,并与传统土壤基质的饲养进行对比。结果表明:非土基质组地鳖虫的体长、腹宽和体重增长率分别为192.78%、268.59%和974.80%,而土壤基质组的增长率分别为95.16%、181.06%和568.13%;非土基质组的存活率为88%,土壤基质组的存活率为55%。非土基质饲养地鳖虫比土壤基质饲养具有明显的生长优势,更有利于地鳖虫的存活。In order to provide references for large-scale scientific raising of E. sinensis, non-soil matrix was formulated with raw materials of coconut shell powder and sawdust to raise E. sinensis, and compared with traditional soil matrix. Results: Growth rate of body length, abdominal width and body weight of the non-soil group were 192.78%, 268.59% and 974.80%, respectively, the growth rate of soil group was 95.16%, 181.06% and 568.13%. The final survival rate of non-soil group was 88%, while the soil group had a survival rate of 55 %. These data indicate that non-soil matrix was of significant growth superiority than the soil medium, and was more beneficial for the survival of E. sinensis.
