基于SWOT分析的河北省小麦产业发展现状及对策

摘　　要：为河北省小麦产业的进一步发展提供参考,利用SWOT分析方法对河北省小麦产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行分析。在生产方面,河北省小麦产业发展的优势为生产水平不断提高,科技创新能力不断增强;在流通领域,小麦调出保持较高水平且出售价格平稳;在消费领域,小麦市场容量较大,高端市场需要旺盛。小麦产业发展的劣势主要为部分品种抵制自然灾害能力较差,机械化农户采用率较低,农用物质成本投入较高,农户获得市场信息的途径较少等。机遇和挑战主要是粮食绝对安全和农业供给侧结构改革等,最后从优化基本农田结构和生产布局等方面提出了相应对策和建议。The development situation of wheat industry is analyzed by SWOT analysis to provide a reference for wheat production in Hebei. The advantages of wheat industrial development performance continuous improvement of production level and continuous reinforcement of the scientific and technological innovation capacity in the production field. The export sales of wheat maintain at a higher level with a stable price in the circulation field. The market capacity of wheat is larger and the high-end market demand is vigorous in the consumption field. The disadvantages of wheat industrial development are poor ability of some wheat varieties against natural disasters, lower mechanization adoption rate of farmer households, higher input of agricultural materials cost, less pathway to obtain market information for farmer households and so on. The opportunities and challenges are grain absolute safety and reform of agricultural supply side structure, etc. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to optimize the basic farmland structure and wheat production distribution.
