阿仑膦酸钠联合通痹强督汤对强直性脊柱炎病情活动及骨代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿仑膦酸钠联合通痹强督汤对强直性脊柱炎病情活动及骨代谢的影响。方法:将强直性脊柱炎患者88例按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各44例,对照组给予阿仑膦酸钠治疗,治疗组给予阿仑膦酸钠联合自拟通痹强督汤治疗,治疗4周后观察2组患者有效率及腰椎骨密度、脊柱活动度改善情况。结果:有效率治疗组为97.7%,对照组为88.6%,治疗组疗效更优(P<0.05);腰椎骨密度治疗组为(0.89±0.12)g/cm^2,对照组为(0.79±0.13)g/cm^2,分别高于治疗前的(0.71±0.11)g/cm^2和(0.71±0.12)g/cm^2(P<0.05);脊柱活动度治疗组为(51.34±11.94)°,对照组为(43.14±9.34)°,分别高于治疗前的(30.42±13.98)°和(30.45±12.87)°(P<0.05),且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿仑膦酸钠联合通痹强督汤治疗强直性脊柱炎能有效改善患者病情活动状况,抑制骨代谢,提高骨密度与脊柱活动度,有利于总体疗效的改善。Objective： To explore the effects ofalendronate combined with TongBi QiangDu decoction on disease activity and bone metabolism of ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Methods： All 88 AS patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method, the control group were treated by alendronate, the treatment group were given alendronate combined with selfiaaade TongBi QiangDu decoction, the ef- fective rates, the improvements of lumbar bone mineral density （BMD） and spinal mobility of both groups were ob-served after treating for four weeks. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 97.7%, superior to 88.6% of the control group, clinical effects of the treatment group were more superior （P〈0.05）; lumbar BMD of the treat- ment group was （0.89±0.12） g/cm^2, and （0.79±0.13） g/cm^2 of the control group, obviously higher than （0.71±0.11） g/cm^2 and （0.71±0.12） g/cm^2 before treating （P〈0.05）; spinal mobility of the treatment group and the control group were （51.34±11.94）° and （43.14＋9.34）°, significantly higher than （30.42±13.98）° and （30.45±12.87）° before treating （P〈0.05）, the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Alendronate combined with TongBi QiangDu decoction in treating AS could effectively improve disease activity of the patients, inhibit bone metabolism, therefore to raise bone mineral density and spinal mobility and help improve overall effects.
