高血压患者中医体质状况与相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:采用现况调查方法,调查高血压患者中医体质类型,并进一步探讨影响其体质类型的因素。方法:采用中华中医药学会标准化的中医体质评分表及自行设计的调查问卷对咸阳市230名高血压患者进行中医体质调查。结果:高血压患者中医体质以平和质最多,其次为气虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质等,不同性别人群体质类型差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在所调查的因素中,性别、BMI、是否饮酒、是否有冠心病史及夜尿次数与高血压患者体质类型有关(P<0.05),是否饮酒及有无冠心病史与体质类型呈负相关。结论:高血压患者体质类型与性别、BMI、是否饮酒、是否有冠心病史及夜尿次数有关。Objective： To survey TCM constitutions of hypertension patients by using cross-sectional investi- gation, and to further explore the factors of influencing the constitutions. Methods： TCM constitutions of 230 hyper- tension patients in Xianyang municipality were studied by adopting standardized TCM constitutional scaling of China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and selflnade questionnaires. Results： Among TCM constitutions of hy- pertension patients, the patients in peace constitution were the most, the next were Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency, phlegm dampness constitution and others, the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of constitution types of the patients in different genders （P〈0.05）; among the factors investigated, gender, BMI, drinking or not, whether they had the history of coronary heart disease or not and the times of nocturnal enuresis were related to the constitutions of hypertension patients （P〈0.05）, drinking or not, whether they had the history of coronary heart disease or not were negatively related to the constitutions of hypertension patients. Conclusion： Constitutions of the pa- tients with hypertension are related to the gender, BMI, drinking or not, whether they had the history of coronary heart disease or not and the times of nocturnal enuresis.
