摘 要:目的:探讨正常志愿者肾脏扩散峰度成像(DKI)的可行性和重复性。方法:30名健康志愿者纳入本研究,采用西门子3.0T磁共振行两次DKI扫描,分别测量两侧肾脏的上、中、下三个位置的平均扩散系数(MD)和平均峰度系数(MK),采用配对t检验和单因素方差分析比较差异是否统计学意义;采用Bland-Altman法对两次扫描的参数进行重复性评价。结果:测量者两次测量获得的MD和MK具有很好的一致性(ICC为0.755~0.940);两次扫描、两侧肾脏不同测量部位MD和MK值比较均不具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两次扫描,右肾下部的MD值和MK值重复性较好(分别为0.00±0.21和0.000±0.04)。结论:肾脏DKI具有可行性和重复性,尤以右肾下部的重复性较好。Purpose: To explore the feasibility and repeatability of diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) in normal kidney. Methods: Thirty healthy volunteers were included in this study and were scanned with DK/sequence on a Siemens 3.0 T magnetic resonance scanner twice. The mean diffusion coefficient (MD) and mean kurtosis coefficient (MK) were measured on both sides of the kidney and analyzed by paired t-test and analysis of variance, the repeatability of DKI parameters was evaluated by the Bland-Altman method. Results: The two measurements of MD and MK had good consistency (ICC was 0.755-0.940). There was no statistical significant difference of MD and MK between different side of the kidneys and different measuring parts (P 〈 0.05). MD and MK of the bottom of the right kidney had good repeatability (0.00±0.21,0.000±0.04). Conclusion: Renal DKI is feasible and with repeatability, especially in the bottom of the right kidney.
