摘　　要：在'大众创业、万众创新'的背景下,开展大学生创业教育已经成为国内高校的共识。创业教育在高校开展有着较好的基础。公益创业是近年来蓬勃发展的新生事物,大学生作为公益创业的生力军越来越受到各界关注。但当前的高校公益创业教育明显滞后于公益创业实践的开展,迫切需要学术界厘清相关理念、内涵、内容、路径、模式等,为公益实践和公益人才培养提供引领。针对国内高校公益创业教育的现状,从公益创业教育与创业教育融合发展的角度对公益创业教育是大学生创业教育的新拓展进行论证,并从教育目标设计、课程体系、培养模式、评价体系等探讨高校开展公益创业教育的实施策略,可为大学生公益创业教育提供可行的范本。Under the circumstances of popular entrepreneurship and innovation,it has been the consensus among domestic colleges to carry out entrepreneurship education,for which colleges have laid a solid foundation.In the past years,social entrepreneurship education has witnessed a booming period.As an important force in social entrepreneurship education,college students have gained all-round attention.In the field of college entrepreneurship education,however,social entrepreneurship education does not live up to expectations.Accordingly,it is becoming increasingly urgent for the academic world to clarify the concept,connotation,content,path and model of entrepreneurship education,and explore some strategies of implementing it in colleges to provide college social entrepreneurship education with a feasible paradigm and offer some possible guidance to the cultivation of social entrepreneurship talents. As a new form of education,the primary purpose of social entrepreneurship education lies in cultivating high-quality entrepreneurs with a strong sense of social responsibility.And it also puts an emphasis on the cultivation of public spirit and the solutions to social problems in the process of entrepreneurship and innovation.With the rise in nonprofit organizations,there emerges a growing need for talents engaged in public service.Owing to imperfect education,insufficient talents and low pay,very few people are willing to devote themselves to public service.Therefore,it will be a strategic choice for colleges to cultivate students with public spirit and public literacy on a larger scale to thoroughly meet social needs.And social entrepreneurship education can largely make up for the scarcity of social entrepreneurship talents.It can be said that a variety of second classroom activities will greatly contribute to its initial implementation,such as volunteers’activities,club activities,and social practice,etc.To achieve the goal of whole person education,entrepreneurship education should highly value developing students’lo
