摘　　要：本文介绍了PTFE彩色薄膜的性能、特点、应用,成型工艺,包括工艺流程,所用主要设备、工艺条件及产品规格和性能.经测试PTFE彩色薄膜的电气强度大于40kV/mm、拉伸强度大于25 MPa、薄膜材料的分解温度为386℃,推测了PTFE彩色薄膜的应用前景。The paper introduced the properties, characteristics, application, molding technol- ogy of PTFE color film, including processing technology, the main equipment, processing conditions and product specifications and performance. By test analysis, the electric strength of this film is greater than 40 kV/mm. Its tensile strength is greater than 25 MPa and the de- composition temperature of this film material is 386 ℃. This paper also analyzed application foreground of PTFE color film.
