摘 要:在"自发自用、余电上网"的运营模式下,光伏发电项目的发电上网率是测算全寿命周期内上网发电量的基础,对准确评估经济性具有重要意义。为此,提出了建立发电上网率模型,以机组可输出功率、气候条件作为基础拟合机组典型日机组出力,运用最短距离聚类与关联度分析方法选取典型日负荷曲线。通过各季节典型日逐时光伏出力和用户负荷的动态对比,测算年发电上网率,填补了定量计算年上网发电量的空白。在此基础上,构建了光伏发电项目全寿命周期内的经济评价系统模型,并以光伏大棚项目为实际应用案例分析光伏发电项目的并网经济性。In the operation mode of "self-generating and self-supply in chief and remaining electricity for grid",the annual rate of power generation to grid(ARPGG)for the grid-connected photovoltaic project lays the foundation for figuring out the generation amount to grid.It is the prerequisite of reasonable benefit estimation.This paper establishes ARPGG model,takes unit output,climatic conditions as the basis for typical daily unit output,uses historical data,and combines with the nearest neighbor clustering grey interconnect degree methods to form typical daily load curve.By means of dynamic comparison between unit output and the user load,the annual rate of generation to network is obtained.This research fills in the blank of quantitative calculation of electricity to the grid.On this basis,an economic evaluation system in the whole life cycle of PV power generation project was framed.To testify its rationality and usability,a 50 MW grid-connected solar greenhouse was taken as the practical application case.The results shows that model bears better adaption to reality and the grid-connected PV power generation project is of good economic performance and worthwhile to invest on.
