摘 要:目的探讨绩效管理对护理科研的促进作用。方法改进护理科研绩效管理机制,加强对全院护理人员科研培训,比较管理措施改进前(2013年)后(2016年)护理科研质量变化。结果经过连续3年持续改进,护理论文由2013年的269篇升至2016年的386篇,专利由14项升至127项,新技术由4项升至88项,学术交流由3人次升至94人次,学术任职由22人次升至77人次;专著及科研成果由2013年的3部及1项升到2015年的4部及2项,但2016年无。结论实施科研绩效管理及持续改进对护理科研有较强的提升作用;科研成果及专著是护理人员科研中的短板,需全体护理科研人员攻艰克难来弥补。Objective To explore the effect of performance management on promoting nursing research. Methods We improved per formanee management mechanism in nursing research and strengthened training on how to perform a nursing research for nurses. Results After three years of the intervention, articles published in scholarly journals were increased from 269 in the year of 2013 to 386 in 2016, as well as patents and new technology projects were increased from 14, 4 to 127, 88 respectively. Nurses who gave a speech in academic conferences and who served in academic societies were increased from 3, 22 to 94, 77 respectively. Academic books written by nurses and awards won for researeh work were increased from 3, 1 in 2013 to 4, 2 in 2015, but that was 0 in 2016. Conclusion Implementing performance management in nursing research and conducting continuous improvement promote nursing research. Being awarded for research work and writing academic books are the biggest weaknesses in nursing research, therefore nursing staff should make a great effort to overcome.
