摘 要:以双离合器变速箱的离合器液压控制系统中离合器压力控制阀为研究对象,基于AMESim建立了离合器液压控制系统的仿真模型,针对阀的开口形式、阀芯与阀套之间的间隙、初始重叠量3个设计因素进行仿真分析,从而获得阀的设计因素与离合器充、卸油时间的关系。分析结果表明:采用全周开口的阀口形式、减小阀芯与阀套的初始重叠量、增大阀芯与阀套间隙值,都能有效降低离合器的充油时间,提高阀的响应速度。研究为该型电磁阀的优化提供有效的数据,对同类型产品的相关研究具有一定的参考价值。The clutch pressure control valve in clutch hydraulic control system for dual clutch transmission was taken as the research ob- ject. The simulation model of the clutch hydraulic control system was established by using AMESim. The design factors of valve port section, in- itial overlap and clearance of valve core and sleeve were analyzed. The relations of valve design faetors and clutch filling and defloating were ob- tained. The results show that: all of using annular section of valve port, decreasing initial overlap or increasing clearance can decrease filling time of clutch and improve response speed of valve effectively. This research provides effective data for optimization design of this solenoid valve and referential value to the study of relevant valve.
