磁敏感加权成像脑梗死的诊断价值及意义

摘　　要：目的:观察磁敏感加权成像(Susceptiblility-Weighted Imaging,SWI)技术对脑梗死患者微出血的诊断价值,探讨磁敏感加权成像在预防脑梗死并发症方面的指导意义,为临床用药提供实验室参考依据。方法:收集2013年5月-2016年10月在本院诊断的脑梗死患者49例,对49例患者均进行常规核磁共振检查及磁敏感加权成像检查,比较两种检查方法对脑微出血的检出率。结果:常规扫描法在49例患者中共发现脑微出血4例,微出血检出率为8.16%;磁敏感加权成像法在49例患者中共发现31例患者出现脑微出血,微出血检出率为63.27%,两种方法的微出血检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规扫描法脑出血检出面积为(532.4±119.8)mm2,小于磁敏感加权成像法的(988.6±182.4)mm2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与常规磁共振检查比较,磁敏感加权成像能够明显提高脑梗死微出血检出率,有助于指导临床用药。Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of susceptibility weighted imaging in patients with cerebral infarction,and explore the significance of susceptibility weighted imaging in the prevention of complications of cerebral infarction,which can provide reference for clinical medication.Method：From May 2013 to October 2016,49 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were collected,all the patients were examined by routine MRI and susceptibility weighted imaging examination,and the detection rate of cerebral hemorrhage between the two methods were compared.Result：The conventional scan method among 49 patients were found 4 cases with cerebral microbleeds,microbleed detection rate was 8.16%,the susceptibility weighted imaging method among 49 patients were found 31 cases of with cerebral microbleeds,microbleed detection rate was 63.27%,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;conventional scanning method cerebral hemorrhage detection area was（532.4±119.8）mm^2,which was less than（988.6 ±182.4）mm^2 of susceptibility weighted imaging,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with conventional magnetic resonance imaging,susceptibility weighted imaging can significantly improve the microbleed detection rate of cerebral infarction,which is helpful to guide clinical medication.
