护理干预在糖尿病合并妊娠致胎儿窘迫的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:研究护理干预对糖尿病合并妊娠致胎儿窘迫的效果。方法:选取本院收治的糖尿病合并妊娠孕妇50例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上行护理干预。观察分析两组妊娠结果、胎儿及孕妇并发症情况。结果:观察组妊娠结果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胎儿及产妇并发症例数均明显比对照组少(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病合并妊娠致胎儿窘迫具有较好的护理干预效果,可推广应用于临床。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of nursing intervention in fetal distress in diabetic pregnancy.Method：A total of 50 cases of diabetes complicated with pregnancy treated in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with nursing intervention in addition to routine nursing.Pregnancy outcome,fetal and maternal complications of two groups were analyzed.Result：Pregnancy outcome of the observation group was significantly better than that the control group（P〈0.05）.Fetal and maternal complications were obviously less in the observation group compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention is effective in fetal distress in diabetic pregnancy,and can be widely applied in clinic.
