摘 要:为满足移动业务持续高速增长需求,全球各运营商,除了申请或购买新频谱外,最常用的挖潜方法就是开展现有2G/3G频谱的重耕,部署更先进的网络,提升频谱利用率。从国内IMT频谱分配现状、竞争对手频谱策略及中国联通频谱结构的优劣势开始分析,对中国联通当前2G/3G频谱使用及网络结构现状、重耕面临的主要挑战等进行了深入剖析,提出了针对性的2G/3G频谱重耕和频率使用建议,并对后续的移动网络频谱演进作了展望。In order to meet the needs of sustained and rapid growth of mobile services, in addition to the application or purchase of new spectrum, the most common way to tap the potential global operators, is to carry out the existing 2G/3G spectrum re-farming to deploy more advanced network and improve the spectrum utilization. It starts from the analysis of current IMT spectrum al- location, strategy of domestic competitors and the advantages and disadvantages of spectrum structure of China Unicom. Then it analyzes the current usage of 2G/3G spectrum and the 2G/3G network structure and the main challenges of re-farming. Fi- nally it puts forward some proposals on the 2G/3G spectrum re-farming and frequency planning scheme, and makes a pros- pect of the mobile network spectrum evolution.
