失独家庭救助的学理困境与实践研究破解之道:基于“暖心续航”项目经验

摘　　要：纵观失独家庭救助学术研究图景发现当前研究集中在失独家庭困难与问题发掘、政府救助政策完善、失独家庭救助理论方法探讨等方面,但从失独救助的客观效果看,这些成果与实务中救助操作的直接对接并不顺畅,可能正陷入一种救助的"学理困境"。以实践研究理论为指导,以保定莲池区失独家庭救助实务社工工作为对象,还原了"暖心续航"项目对失独群体救助过程。对保定救助模式实务经验的总结和问题的反思,对当前失独救助"学理困境"的破解具有重要意义。From the current academic research, the study focused on finding difficulties and problems, improving the government＇s aid policy, and exploring the theoretical methods of relief. But from the effect of the rescue to evaluate, the link between the results and the rescue operation did not go well and were entering a theoretical dilemma. This theoretical dilemma could be removed through the practical experience of social work combined with academic theory. Through the action research theory as a guide, ＂warm life＂ project built a rescue Baoding model. The summary of the social practice experience and the reflection of the problem were of great significance to the solution of the ＂theoretical dilemma＂.
