摘 要:以有髯鸢尾‘印度首领’丛生继代苗为试材,采用单因素试验设计方法,研究了NAA、IBA、PP333对试管苗生根的影响,以期筛选出最适生根药剂及浓度。结果表明:PP333是一种高效生根药剂,其生根效果显著的优于NAA和IBA。最适生根PP333浓度为0.6mg/L,试管苗接种后6.0d即开始生根,生根率高达94.46%,根条数6.5条,根长5.6cm,腐烂率仅7.16%,且试管苗生根迅速,苗木挺拔健壮。The tissue culture seedlings of Iris germanica 'Indian Chief'were used as experimental materials. Using single-factor analysis method, the effects of NAA, IBA and PP333 on rooting were studied in order to select the optimum rooting hormone and its concentration. The results showed that, PP333 was a highly effective rooting hormone, which was significantly better than NAA and IBA. The optimum concentration of PP333 was 0.6mg/L. The plantlets started rooting only 6.0 days after inoculation, and the rooting rate reached 94.46%, rooting number 6.5, rooting length 5.6 cm, while the rot rate was only 7.16%. The tissue culture seedlings rooted quickly and grew forceful and haleness.
