摘 要:研究目的:对土地利用多功能性评价研究可为协调土地科学、合理开发,提高土地利用效率和促进区域可持续发展研究提供依据。研究方法:文献调研法。研究结果:土地利用多功能性研究取得阶段性成果,但其概念和分类体系尚未达成共识,评价指标体系尚未统一,基于行政单元的中宏观尺度研究较多,微观单元落地化研究较少,评价方法较为单一,研究成果应用不足。研究结论:在全面推介已有研究成果的基础上,进一步加强土地利用多功能性理论体系研究,构建多分类、多层次、多尺度土地利用多功能性评价指标体系;借鉴已有的特定功能研究成果,加强微观尺度研究,并拓展评价研究成果应用。The purpose of this paper is to study on Land Use Functions(LUFs) to coordinate land scientific and reasonable development, to improve the efficiency of land use, and to promote regional sustainable development. The method of literature research is employed. The results show that the research on land use functions evaluation has made a major breakthrough, but the conception and classification standard of land use functions have not yet reached a consensus. The evaluation index system has not yet unified. And there exists massive macro-scale research on administrative unit while the research of micro level is limited. The evaluation approaches like dimensional unified method and the application of comprehensive model method is insufficient. In conclusion, based on promoting the existing research outcomes, the theoretical research on LUFs should be further reinforced, and the evaluation index system including multi-classification, multi-level and multi-scale of LUFs should be developed. And the micro-scale evaluation research on LUFs should be enhanced. Also, the application of evaluation results should be extended.
