摘　　要：目的：分析注射用血栓通在我院临床的合理使用。方法：将我院临床使用注射用血栓通情况按使用人数、疾病类型、平均用药天数、不良反应等进行分类、归纳、总结。结论：我院住院患者应用注射用血栓通总体情况基本合理，但仍有极少部份应用不合理现象存在。本次分析结果将作为我院对重点监控药品系统干预的基础数据．以点带面，对重点监控药品管理采取针对性措施，不断提高医院合理用药水平，保障患者安全。Objective ：To analyze the rational use of Xueshuantong injection in our hospital.Method：The clinical use of Xueshuantong injection in our hospital was classified according to the number of users, the type of disease,the average number of days of medication, adverse reactions and so on.Conclusion：The overall situation is basically reasonable with Xueshuantong injection in our hospital inpatient application,but there are still a few applications of unreasonable phenomenon.The analysis results will be used as the basic data of our hospital,and constantly improve the level of rational use of drugs in hospital, security the safety of the patients.
