微信平台为风湿免疫合并心血管疾病出院患者提供延续干预

摘　　要：目的：总结分析风湿免疫疾病出院患者在延续护理中微信平台的应用价值。方法：将我院在2013午6月-2016年6月期间接收的98例风湿免疫疾病出院患者为研究时象，随机划分为观察组（49例）和对照组（49例），对照组常规延续护理，观察组延续护理中应用微信平台．对两组患者的延续护理效果进行分析。结果；在延续护理后随访期间，在患者复诊依从性、健康知识掌握程度、生活质量评分以及延续护理鸿意度方面，观察组和对照组之间具有较大的差异性（P〈0．05），具有统计学意义。结论：对于风湿免疫疾病出院患者延续护理过程中借助微信平台，能够更好地为患者提供服务，保证质量依从性。改善生活质量，值得推广应用。Objective ：To summarize and analyze the application value of micro letter platform in continual nursing care of patients discharged from rheumatic diseases.Methods： A total of 98 patients with rheumatic diseases admitted in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group （49 cases） and control group （49 cases）. The control group Nursing, observation group continued nursing application of WeChat platform, the two groups of patients continued care effect analysis. Results： There was a significant difference （P 〈0.05） between the observation group and the control group in terms of follow-up compliance, health knowledge control, quality of life score and continuous nursing satisfaction. Statistical significance.Conclusion： It is worthy to popularize the application of micro letter platform in the process of continuing nursing care of patients discharged from rheumatic diseases, so as to provide better services for patients, ensure quality compliance and improve quality of life.
