糖皮质激素联合来氟米特治疗难治性肾病综合症合并心血管疾病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：分析难治性肾病综合症合并心血管疾病患者行糖皮质激素联合来氟米特治疗的临床效果。方法：选取我院肾内科院收治的难治性肾病综合症合并心血管疾病患者68例作为研究对象，并根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组各34例。其中观察组患者采用糖皮质激素联合来氟米特治疗，对照组患者采用糖皮质激素治疗。观察两组患者在治疗前后的尿蛋白、血浆蛋白以及血肌酐、不良反应等变化。结果：观察组患者治疗有效率为79.41％，对照组有效率55.88％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）观察组各项观察指标治疗后改善程度优于对照组、不良反应的发生率要低于砷照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：糖皮质激素联合来氟米特治疗难治性肾病综合症合并心血管疾病患者疗效较好，不良反应少，且安全可靠。Objective ：To analyze the clinical effect of glucocorticoid combined with leflunomide in the treatment of refractory Nephrotic syndrome with cardiovascular disease syndrome. Methods 68 patients with refractory Nephrotic syndrome with cardiovascular disease syndrome treated in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group （n = 34）. Patients in the observation group were treated with glucocorticoid combined with leflunomide, Results the effective rate of the observation group was 79.41%, the control group was 55.88%,tbe incidence rate of adverse reactions is lower than the control group on all indexes in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion glucocorticoid combined with leflunomide is effective and safe in the treatment of refractory Nephrotic syndrome with cardiovascular disease syndrome.
