呼吸内科合并冠心病患者诊疗中呼吸内镜的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的：研究呼吸内科诊疗中呼吸内镜的应用效果。方法：对我院2015年5月至2016年5月期间呼吸内科收治的患者60例进行回顾性分析，其中所有患者均采用呼吸内镜进行诊疗，观察所有患者的诊疗效果。结果：根据对所有患者的呼吸内镜诊疗结果，其中58例患者一次性诊断准确，57例患者一次性治疗显效，诊断准确率为9667％，治疗有效率为95．00％。并且患者在治疗后并发症发生率极低，术后的恢复时间也很短。结论：呼吸内科诊疗中呼吸内镜的应用效果较好，能明显提升患者的诊断准确率和治疗有效率，具有很高临床推广价值，值得在临床上广泛应用。Objective ：To study the application effect of respiratory endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory medicine. Methods： A retrospective analysis was made on 60 patients admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016. All the patients were treated with respiratory endoscopy to observe the curative effect of all patients. Results： According to the diagnosis and treatment results of respiratory endoscopy in all patients, 58 cases were diagnosed correctly, 57 cases were cured, the diagnosis accuracy rate was 96.67%, the effective rate was 95%. And the incidence of complications after treatment is very low, and the recovery time is very short. Conclusion： The application of respiratory endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory medicine has a good effect, can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy and treatment of patients with high efficiency, has a high clinical value, it is worth to be widely used in clinical practice.
