血清降钙素原检验在妇科感染性疾病治疗中的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的：评价血清降钙素原捡验在妇科感染性疾病治疗中的价值作用。方法：选取我院于2015年2月-2016年2月收治的56例妇科感染性疾病患者作为研究对象（观察组），将同期来我院体检的健康者56例作为对照组，均进行血清降钙素原检验，对比两组的检验结果。结果：观察组患者治疗后与治疗前相比，血清降钙素原指标水平明显下降，但和对照组相比仍存在差异（P〈0．05）。结论：在妇科感染性疾病治疗中，经血清降钙素原检验，能够反映患者的疾病严重程度，为进一步的诊疗工作提供必要的科学依据；因此，值得采纳及应用。Objective ：To evaluate the serum procalcitonin test value in gynecological infectious diseases. Methods in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 treated 56 cases of gynecological infectious disnase patients as the research object （observation group）, the same period in our hospital health examination in 56 cases as control group, were serum procalcitonin test, the test results were compared between the two groups. Results compared with the patients in the observation group before and after treatment, serum procalcitonin levels decreased significantly compared with the control group, but there are still differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In gynecological infectious diseases treatment, blood Qingjiang Procalcitonin test, patients can reflect the severity of disease, to provide the necessary scientific basis for further diagnosis and treatment work; therefore, worthy of adoption and application.
