优质护理服务对心肌炎脑出血偏瘫患者应用效果及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的；探讨优质护理服务对心肌炎脑出血偏瘫患者应用效果及时患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取我院2015年6月至2016年6月收治的心肌炎脑出血偏瘫患者70例作为研究对象，依据护理方法的不同分为对照组和演技组，每组患者各35例，对照组治疗过程中使用常规护理方法，研究组治疗过程中使用优质护理方法。对比两组患住院天数、住院费用及护理满意度情况。结果：研究组患者在使用优质护理方法后生活质量显著优于对照组患者（P〈0．05）。结论：心肌炎脑出血偏瘫患者临床治疗过程中，使用优质护理服务可以有效提升治疗效果，缩短患者住院天数，促进患者早日康复合减轻患者经济压力，并能提升患者的护理满意服务度，应当在临床中广泛推广及应用。Objective ：To investigate the effect of high quality nursing care on the patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia and the influence on the quality of life. Methods： 70 cases of hemiplegia patients as the research object in our hospital from June 2015 -2016 year in June from myocarditis cerebral hemorrhage, according to the different nursing methods for the control group and the acting group, there were 35 cases in each group, the control group used conventional nursing methods in the treatment process, the use of high quality nursing research group during treatment method. The hospital stay, hospitalization expenses and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results： ＂l＇he quality of life of the patients in the study group was better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the clinical treatment of hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage myocarditis in the process, the use of high quality nursing service can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, shorten the hospitalization time of patients, promote the rehabilitation of patients and reduce the economic pressure of patients, and can improve patient care satisfaction degree, should be in the clinical application and dissemination.
