中医护理干预对老年不稳定性心绞痛患者疗效的影响作用研究

摘　　要：目的：观察中医护理干预对老年不稳定性心绞痛患者疗效。方法：选取我院2015年1月至2016年7月收治的76例老年不稳定性心绞痛患者，将其按照简单随机的方式分为两组，每组38例。其中对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予中医护理干预，观察2组患者在不同护理后的治疗依从性和护理工作满意度。结果：观察组患者经护理后治疗依从性（96.44±58．33）分、护理工作满意度（95.22±56.33）分均优于对照组患者（P〈0．05）。结论：中医护理干预在老年不稳定性心绞痛患者中可以有效提高患者的治疗依从性和护理工作满意度，临床上值得推广。Objective ：To observe the traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention for elderly patients with unstable angina. Methods： from January 2015 to July 2016, 76 cases of elderly patients with unstable angina, it shall, in accordance with the way of simple random divided into two groups, each group of 38 cases, Control of these patients were given routine nursing, the observation group of patients in the control group given on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention, in different nursing observation 2 groups of patients after treatment adherence and nursing job satisfaction. Result： the observation group of patients after nursing treatment adherence （95.44 ＋ 58.33） points, nursing job satisfaction （95.22 56.33 mm） were better than the control group patients （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： TCM nursing intervention in elderly patients with unstable angina can be effective to improve the therapeutic compliance of patients and the nursing job satisfaction, worth clinical promotion.
