摘 要:目的:本研究旨在探讨心理护理对于老年高血压患者的治疗依从性以及服务满意度的影响。方法:选取2016年5月至2017年5月在我院急诊病房院治疗的老年高血压患者100例,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组的患者接受常规护理;观察组的患者由护士对患者提供心理护理服务,包括情感支持、生活照顾及疾病知识讲解等。在干预前后对患者进行Morisky用药依从性问卷(MMAS-8)等问卷调查,以评价患者的治疗依从性以及对护理工作的满意度等情况。结果:实施心理护理后,观察组的对治疗的依从性和护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:在住院期间,通过对老年高血压患者实施心理护理可以提高患者对于治疗的依从性,同时也提高患者对于护理工作的满意度。Objective :This study was to investigate the psychological nursing for the compliance of elderly patients with high blood pressure and the influence of service satisfaction. Methods: in may, may, 2016 to 2016 in our hospital emergency ward hospital treatment of 100 cases of elderly hypertensive patients, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group.In the control group patients accepted conventional care;Observation group of patients by nurses provide psychological nursing care to patients, including emotional support, pictures of disease knowledge interpretation, etc.Before and after the intervention for patients with Morisky medication adherence questionnaire (MMAS - 8) and so on questionnaire survey, for evaluation of treatment adherence for patients and the nursing job satisfaction, and so on and so forth.Results: after the implementation of psychological nursing, the observation group of adherence to treatment and nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion: during the period of hospitalization, and through the aged hypertension patients psychological nursing can improve the compliance of patients for treatment, but also improve the patients for the nursing job satisfaction.
