摘 要:目的:探讨对冠心病患者实施责任制护理管理模式对其生活质量的影响。方法:选取本院2016年10月至2017年3月已经确诊冠心病患者100例,随机分为实验组(n=50例),对照组(n=50例)。两组患者药物治疗方式相同,实验组给予实施责任制护理管理模式,对照组仅给予常规护理。出院前1天,评估各组患者疾病控制情况、心理状态及对护理满意度。结果:进行护理后,试验组患者焦虑、情绪激动及心绞痛发作频率、持续时间、疼痛程度均低于对照组,生活积极性明显提高,且实验组对护理满意程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:冠心病患者实施责任制护理管理模式可有效避免不良心理情绪及心血管事件发生,提高护理满意度。因此,责任制护理管理模式值得临床推广。Objective ;To discuss the effect of the responsibility system on the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 100 cases of coronary heart disease were diagnosed from October 2016 to March 2017, randomly divided into experimental group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The two groups were treated in the same way, with the experimental group administering the care management pattern and the control group giving only regular care. One day before discharge, assess the condition of disease control, state of mind and satisfaction of care in each group. Results: after nursing, the experimental group patients' anxiety, emotional and angina frequency, duration, and degree of pain were lower than the control group, obviously improve the enthusiasm of life, and the experimental group of nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: the nursing management pattern of the patients with coronary artery disease can effectively prevent adverse psychological emotional and cardiovascular events, and improve nursing satisfaction. Therefore, the mode of responsibility nursing management is worthy of clinical promotion.
