摘 要:为了实现可见光电视的距离和温度调焦功能,设计了一款高精度、小体积的调焦平台。根据可见光电视的光学设计结果及功能需求,提出了调焦平台的主要技术指标。依据此指标展开了高精度直线电机、精密直线导轨、高刚度平台基座及调焦量计算公式的详细设计、选择与解算。其中,高性能元器件的采用确保了调焦平台自身的运行性能,调焦量计算公式的精准解算保证了可见光电视的调焦效果。在完成调焦平台的精密加工和装调后,采用电感仪和平行光管分别对调焦平台的行程、分辨力、全行程精度及其对可见光电视的温度调焦效果进行了实验检测与验证。结果表明:所设计的调焦平台体积小(80mm×90mm×30mm)、行程大(-2.5mm^+2.5mm)、分辨力(6μm)和全行程精度高(方位、俯仰方向偏差均不超过10″)、调焦量计算公式准确,能够保证可见光电视系统距离和温度调焦功能的实现。A high-precision and small-volume focusing mechanism was designed to realize the distance and temperature focusing functions of the visible light television.Based on the optical design results and functional demands of the visible light television,the main technical indices of the focusing mechanism were proposed.Then,precise linear motor and exact linear guides were chosen,platform base with high stiffness was designed in detail,and formula of focusing distance were calculated,according to the technical indices.The application of high-performance elements and components had ensured the operation performance of the focusing mechanism itself and the resolving of accurate calculation of focusing formula had ensured the focusing effect of the visible light television.Finally,stroke,resolution and precision of focusing mechanism were tested by inductive micrometer and autocollimator upon the completion of precision machining and adjustment of the focusing mechanism.The results showthat:the designed focusing platform has small volume(80mm×90mm×30mm),large stroke(-2.5mm~+2.5mm),high resolution(6μm)and high precision of total stroke(azimuth and pitching deviations are no more than 10″);and the calculation formula of the focusing amount is correct,which can guarantee the realization of system distance and temperature focusing functions for visible light television.
