中药联合微创超低温冷冻消融术治疗肉瘤无法再次手术患者临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药联合微创超低温冷冻消融术治疗肉瘤无法再次手术患者的临床疗效。方法:选取44例不能再次手术的肉瘤患者,随机分为两组,对照组18例予以中药基础治疗,观察组26例予以中药+微创超低温冷冻消融术治疗,4周后评价近期疗效、观察无进展生存期和总生存时间,记录不良反应。结果:观察组疾病控制率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中位无进展生存期为2个月,对照组为0个月;观察组中位总生存时间为8个月,对照组为5个月,两组生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应皆为轻度,经观察或对症处理均得到缓解。结论:微创超低温冷冻消融治疗不能再次手术的肉瘤,可提高患者的疾病控制率,延长无进展生存期及总生存期,患者耐受性良好。Objective：To investigate Chinese medicine combined with cryoablation in treatment of unresectable sarcoma. Methods：44 patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group including 18 patients was treated with Chinese medicine only. The observation group including 26 patients was treated with Chinese medicine combined with cryoablation. We evaluated recent efficacy after 4 weeks;progression-free survival and overall survival and recorded adverse reactions. Results：The disease control rate of the observation group was significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The median progression-free survival in the observation group was 2 months and the control group was 0 month. The median overall survival in the observation group was 8 months and the control group was 5 months. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reactions of two groups was mild and eased by observed or symptomatic treatment.Conclusion：The cryoablation in the treatment of unresectable sarcoma can increase the disease control rate and extend progressionfree survival and overall survival. The patients are well tolerated.
