益气化浊汤对糖尿病并脂代谢紊乱的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气化浊汤对糖尿病并脂代谢紊乱的调节作用。方法:80例糖尿病并脂代谢紊乱患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予益气化浊汤。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后血糖、血脂水平以及治疗期间不良反应。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者有效率明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、血浆动脉粥样硬化指数水平均明显降低,高密度脂蛋白水平显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组都没有出现严重不良反应。结论:益气化浊汤能够明显降低糖尿病并脂代谢紊乱患者的血糖和血脂水平,有效改善机体代谢状态,提高临床治疗效果。Objective：To study the regulating effect research of Yiqi Huazhuo Tang on diabetes and lipid metabolism disorder. Methods：80 patients with diabetes and lipid metabolism disorder were randomly divided into the control group（ routine hypoglycemic treatment） and the observation group（ based on the routine treatment,addition to Yiqi Huazhuo Tang）,40 patients per group. The clinical efficacy of treatment,the level changes of blood glucose and blood lipid on pre-and post-treatment,and the adverse reactions during the treatment period in two groups were compared. Results：Compared with the control group,the effective rate of treatment was significantly increased in the observation group with statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）;compared with the control group,the levels of fasting blood glucose（ FBG）,2h postprandial blood glucose（ PBG） and glycosylated hemoglobin（ Hb A1c） were obviously decreased on post-treatment in the observation group with statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）; compared with the control group,the levels of serum total cholesterol（ TC）,triglyceride（ TG）,low density lipoprotein（ LDL-C）,plasma atherosclerosis index（ AIP） were significantly reduced and high density lipoprotein（ HDL-C） was obviously increased on post-treatment in the observation group with statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）;there were no severe adverse reactions in two groups during the treatment period. Conclusion：The treatment of Yiqi Huazhuo Tang can significantly reduce the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid for patients with diabetes and lipid metabolism disorder,effectively improve the body metabolism,increase the clinical efficacy of treatment.
