王振涛教授辨治“善太息”经验

摘　　要：王振涛教授治疗"善太息",主要从以下5个方面着手:(1)以宗气为本,擅用升阳举陷,方用升陷汤加减;(2)注重调畅气机,多从疏肝宣肺论治,常用疏肝解郁、开宣肺气法使肝气条达,肺气宣肃有度;(3)以五行生克,巧施益气健脾,从脾胃论之,寓培土生金之意,益气健脾以防"土壅木郁";(4)明脏腑经络,兼顾化痰活血,喜用黄连温胆汤加减;(5)重形神合一,常从身心并治。提倡双心医学理念,注重患者心理健康,积极采用督脉灸、针灸、耳穴压豆等疗法,疗效显著。Professor Wang Zhentao in treating susceptible to sigh has the following 5 characteristics：①taking the Zongqi as the foundation, good at raising Yang and lifting prolapsed Zang-fu organs with Shengxian decoction;②emphasis on regulating liver Qi and lung Qi by dispersing stagnated liver Qi and raising the collapsed lung Qi;③following the generation-inhibition in five ele- ments by replenishing Qi and invigorating spleen ; ④comprehension of organs and meridians, always combining with reducing phlegm and removing blood stasis by using Huanglianwendan decoction;⑤emphasis on combining the body and the spirit, advocating Psycho-cardiology idea,paying attention to the mental health of patients with Du moxibustion, acupuncture, auricular points plaster therapy.
