摘　　要："阴火"学说和快速性心律失常关系密切,阴火上冲则心悸不安、躁热阵作;阴火浮越则怔忡闷乱、恶心欲吐,引起快速性心律失常。故治疗应以益气为本,泻火为辅,同时遵循以下原则:(1)清热镇潜,急治其标;(2)法时应天,随时用药;(3)摄养将理,精神疏导。There is close relationship between ＂ Yin-Fire＂ theory and tachyarrhythmia, ＂ Yin-Fire＂ going up can cause palpitations and hot bursts of attack,while ＂ Yin-Fire＂ bursting out will cause palpitation and nausea chaos,nausea and vomiting,and cause tachyarrhythmia. Treatment focus on Qi-oriented,supplemented discharging fire. At the same time follow the following principles：（1）discharging fire and lowering up,anxious treatment of the symptoms;（2）Yin Fire should be days,at any time of medication;（3）nursed back to health,spiritual counseling.
