摘 要:目的:观察健脾祛湿汤对湿热证大鼠行为学的干预作用。方法:采用肥甘饮食+湿热环境+内毒素法造大鼠湿热模型。将60只Wistar大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为空白组、模型组、祛湿汤(高剂量、中剂量、低剂量)组,每组12只。给药组分别在造模3 d后给予相应药物连续灌胃7 d。每天观察动物的行为、症状、体征并记录,在实验第3天和第11天进行旷场实验,观察大鼠的中央格停留时间、运动格数、直立次数。结果:造模后,模型组大鼠出现明显的嗜卧懒动、反应迟钝、毛发蓬松、饮食减少等表现,祛湿汤各剂量组在灌服健脾祛湿汤前,也表现出活动饮食减少、大便黏腻,说明造模成功;剂量药后,各组动物的活动逐渐增多,饮食量增加,排便逐渐恢复正常,体温恢复到正常水平。造模第3天,与空白组比较,模型组、实验各剂量组中央格停留时间均增多(P<0.01),运动格数、直立次数明显减少(P<0.01),说明造模成功;实验第11天,与模型组比较,实验各剂量组中央格停留时间均减少(P<0.01),运动格数、直立次数明显增多(P<0.01)。结论:健脾祛湿汤对湿热证大鼠行为学有一定的干预作用。Objective:To observe the intervention effect of Jianpi Qushi Tang on damp heat syndrome rat behavior. Methods:By fat and sweet diet,in hot and humid environment and endotoxin to made damp heat rat model. A total of 60 Wistar rats,half male and half female,were randomly divided into blank group,model group,Qushi Tang( high,low dose group,n = 12). The drug group at 3days after modeling was given corresponding drugs by intragastric administration for 7 days. Every day observing animal behavior,symptoms,signs and record. In the 3thand 11 thd,made the open field test,to observe the retention time in central lattice,exercise time number and number of upright. Results:After modeling,rats in the model group was addicted to lying lazy move,unresponsive,shaggy,diet to reduce performance,and each dose group were given Jianpi Qushi Tang,also showed reduced activity,eating sticky stools,indicating that the model was successful. After administration,each group animal activity gradually increased,to increase the amount of diet,defecation gradually returned to normal,the body temperature returned to normal levels. Before treatment(third days),compared with the blank group,model group and experimental groups were increased retention time in central lattice(P〈0. 01),exercise time number and number of upright significantly reduced(P〈0. 01),indicating that the model was successful. After treatment( eleventh days),compared with the model group,each dosage group of retention time in central lattice were reduced( P〈0. 01),the number of moving grid and the number of upright were significantly increased( P〈0. 01). Conclusion:Jianpi Qushi Tang has certain intervention effect on damp heat syndrome rat behavior.
