七珠展筋散配合海桐皮汤熏洗治疗膝骨关节炎并滑膜炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察七珠展筋散配合海桐皮汤熏洗治疗膝骨关节炎并滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:60例膝骨关节炎并滑膜炎患者随机平均分为观察组、对照组。观察组给予七珠展筋散结合海桐皮汤;对照组给予云南白药气雾剂外用配合海桐皮汤熏洗治疗。两组疗程均为2周。结果:两组治疗后在休息痛、活动痛、压痛、肿胀、活动度及总分方面较治疗前均有显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后休息痛、压痛、活动痛、总积分均显著低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为86.67%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:七珠展筋散配合海桐皮汤熏洗治疗膝关节滑膜炎并骨关节炎疗效显著,可明显缓解临床症状。Objective：To observe Qizhu Zhanjin San with Haitongpi Tang fumigation treatment of knee osteoarthritis and synovitis.Methods：60 patients with knee osteoarthritis and synovitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given Qizhu Zhanjin San combined with Haitongpi Tang,and the control group was treated with Yunnan Baiyao aerosol combined with external fumigation Haitongpi Tang. Two groups were treated for 2 weeks. Results：After treatment,the two groups in rest pain,motion pain,tenderness,swelling,activity and total scores were significantly lower than before treatment（P〈0. 05）. The rest pain,tenderness,motion pain,and total scores in the observation group were all significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the observation group was 93. 33%,and the control group was 86. 67%.There was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Qizhu Zhanjin San with Haitongpi Tang fumigation treatment of knee osteoarthritis and synovitis has significant curative effect,which can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms.
