摘 要:目的:探讨穴位注射配合言语认知训练、听觉综合训练对智力低下患儿认知言语发育的影响。方法:选取智力低下患儿108例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,治疗组运用穴位注射配合言语认知训练、听觉综合训练治疗。对照组单纯采用言语认知训练、听觉综合训练的方法。治疗后检测两组患儿血浆皮质醇含量、P 300相关电位,同时使用蒙特利尔认知评估(montreal cognitive assessment,MOCA)量表进行辅助综合性观察,并统计临床疗效。结果:两组患儿血浆皮质醇含量及P 300相关电位比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿MOCA量表评分比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率98.15%,对照组有效率75.93%,两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射配合言语认知训练、听觉综合训练对智力低下患儿认知言语发育的影响明显优于单纯采用言语认知训练、听觉综合训练,效果显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of acupoint injection combined with speech recognition training on the cognitive development of children with mental retardation. Methods:108 cases of children with mental retardation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The treatment group was treated with acupoint injection combined with speech recognition training. The control group was only using speech recognition training,auditory comprehensive training method. Detected plasma cortisol levels,P 300 related potentials of the two groups after treatment,and using the Montreal cognitive assessment( MOCA) aided comprehensive investigation,statistics and clinical efficacy. Results:Compared with plasma cortisol levels and P 300 related potentials of the two groups,and the treatment group better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05);MOCA scale score of the two groups,the treatment group better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05);the effective rate of treatment group was 98. 15%,and the control group was 75. 93%,compared the clinical effects of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion:The effect of acupoint injection combined with speech recognition training on the cognitive development of children with mental retardation is obviously better than that of the speech recognition training and the auditory comprehensive training.
