日粮中添加不同浓度糖萜素对断奶仔猪生产性能及肠道主要菌群的影响

摘　　要：目的:饲粮中添加不同剂量的糖萜素对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道菌群的影响。方法:48头35日龄断奶"杜×长×大"三元杂交仔猪,随机分成3组,每组2个重复,每个重复8头仔猪。对照组仔猪饲喂基础饲粮;低糖萜素组在基础日粮中添加250mg/kg糖萜素;高糖萜素组在基础日粮中添加500mg/kg糖萜素。试验期为35d。结果:(1)250mg/kg和500mg/kg糖萜素组均能极显著提高断奶仔猪的平均日增重水平,极显著提高断奶仔猪的采食量,降低料重比;(2)250mg/kg和500mg/kg的糖萜素组均能显著降低肠道中大肠杆菌的数量;提高双歧杆菌在结肠和盲肠中的数量;极显著提高乳酸杆菌在盲肠和直肠中的数量。Objective：Effects of different doses of Saccharicterpenin on the growth performance and intestinal flora ofweaned piglets.Method：Forty-eight weaned pigs in 35 day-old were randomly assigned into 3 groups,each with 2replicates of 8 piglets.The pigs were fed with based diet in control group,with based diet contained 250mg·kg^（-1）sac-charicterpenin in low dosage group,and with based diet contained 500mg·kg^（-1）saccharicterpenin in high dosagegroup.The test period is 35 days.Result：（1）The average daily feed intakes and ADGs of the 250mg·kg^（-1）and 500mg·kg^（-1）saccharicterpenin dosage groups were significantly increased,and the feed/gain ratios were decreased;（2）Thenumbers of E.coli in intestines of the 250mg·kg^（-1）and 500mg·kg^（-1）saccharicterpenin dosage groups were significantlyreduced,the numbers of bifidobacteria in colon and cecum were increased,and the numbers of lactobacilli in cecumand rectum were significantly increased.
