摘  要:通过全株玉米青贮TMR饲养模式与常规日粮饲养模式对荷斯坦种公牛生产性能影响的比较试验,测试全株玉米青贮TMR在荷斯坦种公牛饲养中的应用效果。试验随机选择10头年龄、体况相近的健康荷斯坦种公牛,采用不同饲养阶段对比的试验设计,设第一阶段为对照组,参试的10头种公牛采用常规日粮模式饲养;设第二阶段为试验组,参试的种公牛仍为对照组的10头种公牛,采用全株玉米青贮TMR日粮模式饲养。试验结果表明:种公牛生产性能监测指标中采精量试验组[(6.532±1.914)mL]略高于对照组[(6.519±1.929)mL],但差异不显著(p>0.05);试验组鲜精活力[(70.913±8.706)%]、密度[(12.79±4.62)亿/mL]显著高于对照组鲜精活力[(69.513±9.802)%]、密度[(12.18±4.45)亿/mL](p<0.01);精子畸形率试验组[(7.10±3.30)%]显著低于对照组[(9.61±4.18)%](p<0.01)。试验表明,在种公牛饲养中采用全株玉米青贮TMR饲喂模式对种公牛的生产性能和冻精品质均有明显的改善。By comparing conventional feeding pattern with whole plant corn silage TMR feeding pattern infl uence on production performance of Holstein Bulls,the paper studied the whole plant corn silage TMR in feeding pattern of the Holstein bulls. The test randomly selected 10 Holstein bulls with the similar age,body condition. To eliminate bull differences between individuals,the trial was divided into two phases. The fi rst stage set to the control group,according to conventional feeding pattern to feed the 10 bulls. The second set as experimental group,the bulls were exactly the same with the control group. The experimental group adopted the whole plant corn silage TMR feeding pattern. Experimental results showed that:ejaculate volume of bulls in the trial group [(6.532±1.914)mL]and control group[(6.519±1.929)mL] was not different obviously(p 0.05);The sperm motility[(70.913±8.706)%] and sperm concentration [(12.79±4.62)billion/mL] of experimental group were signifi cantly higher than the sperm motility [(69.513±9.802)%]and sperm concentration[(12.18±4.45)billion/mL] of control group;Abnormal sperm percentage[(7.10±3.30)%] of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group[(9.61±4.18)%](p 〈0.01). Experimental results showed that the bulls with whole plant corn silage TMR feeding pattern was not only feasible,but also to improve the production performance and frozen semen quality of the bulls.
