摘  要:纳米纤维作为一种纳米等级的纤维原料具备较高的纵横比和较大的比表面积,纳米纤维可作为填料絮凝剂加入到絮聚物颗粒中。本实验中三种不同细纤维化程度的CNF,都需经过深度磨浆处理制备所得。研究CNF对轻质碳酸钙(PCC)絮聚作用的影响。利用光度色散分析仪(PDA)研究分析PCC和CNF或者高分子聚合物之间的相互作用产生的絮聚现象。实验结果清晰地表明:CNF能够有效地控制PCC颗粒的絮聚。从扫描电镜图像(SEM)可看出CNF能够作为两个PCC颗粒之间的桥梁,增加了两个PCC颗粒之间的搭桥作用,使得PCC颗粒发生絮聚。CNF作为单组分或者双组分系统中的重要原料能够使得PCC填料再絮聚;同时双组分中的另一组分阳离子淀粉也可促进PCC和双组分更有效地絮聚。Cellulose nanofibril (CNF) is a type of nano-sized cellulosic material with a high aspect ratio and a large specific surface area, which makes it a promising additive to flocculate particles such as fillers. In this study, CNFs were prepared by wet disk-milling with three different degrees of fibrillation. The effect of the CNF on the flocculation of precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) was elucidated. A photometric dispersion analyzer (PDA) investigated the flocculation phenomena resulting from the interactions between the PCC and the CNF, or polymers, in real-tine. The results clearly showed that the CNF could be used to control the f locculation behavior of the PCC particles. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images showed that the CNFs functioned as bridges between the two PCC particles. A significant reflocculation capability was observed in one-and two-component systems that consisted of CNFs. The addition of cationic starch (C-starch) could induce more efficient flocculation within a twocomponent system.
