摘  要:汽车过滤器系统与冷凝系统总成结构及压铸工艺复杂,模具及产品研发难度高。高真空压铸技术、自动高压电喷涂技术、高压点冷却智能化控制技术的研究和应用以及产品材料化学成分的优化解决了该产品开发过程中的诸多问题。减少了产品缺陷,为后续多种汽车零部件的相关结构改进提供了技术支持。Auto filter system and condensate system assembly is redesigned which is composed of an oil filter, a water pump and a water cooler. The product has complex structure and high requirement of die casting process. Development of the mold and the products is extremely difficult. Many problems and defects in the product development process are solved to ensure the success of the project by high vacu- um die casting technology, automatic electric spraying technology, high pressure cooling intelligent con trol technology and improvement of product's chemical composition. It provides technical support for the improvement of the relevant structure of many automobile parts.
