摘 要:生态系统维持良好的稳定状态时需要保证有一定的水量,即生态需水量。利用非常规的水资源,如海水、雨水、再生水和过境可蓄存水,对生态需水量进行补给,既能维持生态流域生态环境健康发展,同时也实现了水资源优化配置。然而,在利用非常规水源补给时,必须考虑当地的防洪安全。因此,以天津滨海新区核心区为例,对该区的非常规水资源进行了调查,并对非常规的多水源用于生态需水量在水量及水质的可行性上进行分析,同时考虑到该区的防洪安全,得出了该区域多水源生态综合利用的方案。旨在为区域多水源生态综合利用方案的建立提供参考依据。Ecological water requirement is the amount of water that to ensure the ecological system to maintain at a steady state,. The use of unconventional water resources, such as seawater, rainwa- ter, reclaimed water and transit water that can be stored, can replenish the ecological water require- ment, which can maintain the healthy development of ecological environment and achieve the opti- mal allocation of water resources. However, when using unconventional water sources, local flood protection must be considered. Therefore, the core area of Tianjin Binhai New Area is taken as an example to investigate the unconventional water resources in this area, and analyze the feasibility of using unconventional multi - sources for ecological water demand in water quantity and water qualitybased on Flood Control Security. And finally draws out the multi - water source ecology comprehen- sive utilization plan in this area. The aim of this study is to provide a reference for the establishment of multi - water ecological comprehensive utilization plan.
