论《马克思恩格斯文集》中的自然力可持续利用思想

摘　　要：自然力可持续利用思想,是《马克思恩格斯文集》中的生态文明思想的重要内容。马克思恩格斯高度注重自然力在生产力中的重大价值,将自然力视为生产力的重要组成部分和重要内容,提出了"一切生产力都归结为自然界"的重要思想。《马克思恩格斯文集》以自然资本和自然价值的理念,对自然力进行了详细分类;从自然力是生产力形成和发展的必不可少的重要前提条件出发,从自然力的充分利用推动科学技术的发展、自然力是资本家获得超额利润的自然基础以及提高劳动生产力的自然基础等方面揭示了自然力在生产力中的价值;批判了资本滥用和破坏自然力的反生态做法,阐述了合理利用自然力、减少废弃物的排放以及废物再利用、将改良了的土地传给后代以实现生态公正等一系列具有可操作性的自然力可持续利用思想。《马克思恩格斯文集》中的自然力可持续利用思想拓宽和深化了传统的生产力概念,对促进人与自然和谐以及实现可持续发展具有十分重大的理论意义和实践意义。The sustainable utilization of natural force is an important content regarding ecological civilization in Karl Marx and Frederick Engels. Marx and Engels highly emphasize the significant value of natural force in production force: they consider natural force as a component of production force and argue that all production forces belong to nature. Based on the ideas of natural capital and natural value, they categorize natural force. Proceeding from the argument that natural force is the prerequisite for the formation of development of production force, they reveal the value of natural force in production production at three levels: the role of natural force in the development of science and technology, in the realization of excessive profits, and in the growth of productivity. Karl Marx and Frederick Engels criticizes many ecology-hostile practices such as the misuse of natural capital and the destruction of natural force. It elaborates on thought on the sustainable use of natural force such as reduction of discharge, recycling, improved land for posterity, etc. Since such thought helps to broaden and enrich the traditional concept of natural force, it of special theoretical and practical value in promoting the harmony between Man and nature and sustainable development.
