摘  要:为探究菜豆叶片SPAD值与叶绿素含量的相关性,采用叶绿素计和分光光度法分别测定了4个菜豆品种("泰国架豆"、"白云峰"、"河南南豆"、"一点红")叶片的SPAD值与叶绿素含量,并运用线性、对数、乘幂和指数函数分别拟合了SPAD值与叶绿素a(Chla)、叶绿素b(Chlb)、叶绿素总含量[Chl(a+b)]间的关系。结果表明:四种函数均能很好地拟合菜豆叶片SPAD值与Chla、Chlb、Chl(a+b)间的关系,且均达到极显著正相关水平;但表征各品种SPAD值与Chla、Chlb、Chl(a+b)间相关性的最优函数模型各不相同。就SPAD值与Chla的相关性而言,"泰国架豆"、"白云峰"、"河南南豆"、"一点红"的最优函数模型分别为y_(11)=0.0709x-1.6531(r=0.9157**),y_(12)=0.0792e0.0687x(r=0.8256**),y_(13)=0.0623x-1.3382(r=0.8267**),y14=1.1838ln(x)-3.2834(r=0.8292**)。就SPAD值与Chlb的相关性而言,"泰国架豆"、"白云峰"、"河南南豆"、"一点红"的最优函数模型分别为y_(21)=1.2284ln(x)-3.8589(r=0.8207**),y_(22)=1.0593ln(x)-3.2009(r=0.7378**),y_(23)=0.0327e0.0723x(r=0.8328**),y_(24)=1.0115ln(x)-3.0701(r=0.7871**)。而就SPAD值与Chl(a+b)的相关性而言,"泰国架豆"、"白云峰"、"河南南豆"、"一点红"的最优函数模型分别为y_(31)=4.0416ln(x)-13.0430(r=0.9124**),y_(32)=0.1781e0.0597x(r=0.9064**),y_(33)=0.1823e0.0564x(r=0.8798**),y_(34)=2.1952ln(x)-6.3535(r=0.8319**)。To explore the correlation between SPAD value and chlorophyll content of bean leaf,the leaf SPAD value and chlorophyll content of 4 bean varieties,Thailand bean,Baiyunfeng,Henan South bean and Little Red,were determined by chlorophyll meter and spectrophotometry respectively,and then the relations of SPAD value with chlorophyll a( Chla),chlorophyll b( Chlb) and the total chlorophyll content [Chl( a + b) ]were fitted by the linear,logarithmic and power and exponential function. The results showed that all the 4 functions could well fit the relations of bean leaf SPAD value with Chla,Chlb and Chl( a + b) with very significant positive correlation,but the optimal function model of the relations in different varieties were different.
