摘　　要：朱明王朝开创的明清第三帝国以落后的财政思想着眼于经济发展,僵化的体制和思想意识形态管理全国民众,对经济社会发展的动态性变化考虑不足,导致制度发生负作用。张居正改革以财政赋税为中心,并重政治改革,企图重建新的财政管理体系,提高官僚系统的运作效率,与世界市场白银化接轨。张居正改革身死名败,是传统中国在长达千年中形成的制度和文化思想的碰撞与博弈。Zhu Ming dynasty initiated by the Third Reich to focus on the thinking behind the financial-economic development, institutional rigidities and ideological management of people across the country, the dynamic changes in economic and social development of the less considered, resulting in a negative role in the system occurs. By conducting fiscal tax reform and political reform, he attempted to reconstruct a new financial management system, improve the operational efficiency of the bureaucratic system, and the world of convergence of the silver market.
