摘 要:目的通过采用药效学与急性毒性实验,以综合评分法确定治疗失眠中药小复方的最佳提取工艺。方法采用对延长戊巴比妥钠催眠小鼠睡眠时间的实验及阈下催眠剂量影响的实验,并结合小鼠急性毒性实验进行筛选。结果 7号药能使小鼠入睡潜伏期缩短,与模型组比较有明显差异(P<0.05);2、3、5、7、9号药组致入睡小鼠数显著增加(P<0.01、P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.05、P<0.01);小鼠急性毒性试验确定了各受试药的LD50。最终试验结果得出7号药的综合评分最高。结论 7号药提取工艺为最佳工艺。Objective By using pharmacodynamical and acute poison experiment, the best extraction technology was determined by comprehensive score method. Method The experimental design was to prolong the sleep time of mice with sodium hypnosis and the threshold hypnotic dose, and together with acute toxicity experiment in mice. Result NO. 7 drug could shorten substantially the sleep latent period of rats. Compared with the control group there was significant difference (P 〈 0.05). No. 2, No. 3, No. 5, No. 7 and No. 9 groups could enhance the number of asleep mice (P 〈0.01, P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05, P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01) ; acute toxicity experiment in mice identified the LD50 of all the reagent. The results showed that the combined score of NO. 7 drugs was the highest. Conclusion NO. 7 group extraction technology was the best.
