精神分裂症患者的神经心理特征探讨

摘　　要：目的总结精神分裂症患者的Halstead-Reita(HR)神经心理成套测验结果,分析患者心理特征。方法将76例确诊精神分裂症患者分为阴性与阳性两组,用HR神经心理成套测验评定脑神经损伤指数(DQ),并按级分组,比较分析精神分裂症脑损害及与药物和病程的关系,不同等级DO患者、阴性与阳性精神分裂症患者各变量异常情况。结果 DQ异常的精神分裂症患者共27例,占35.52%,其中以连线、TPT总时间、敲击和范畴居多。阴性神分裂症患者在TPT总时间、范畴、连线A、连线B四项指标低于后者,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。DQ与药物剂量大小和病程长短的差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 HR是诊断颅脑损伤程度的有效方法之一,也是区分精神分裂症类型的重要参考;中、重度神经损伤患者的占比阳性神分裂症多于阴性神分裂症;精神分裂症患者的DQ等级与药物剂量和病程长短无相关性。Objective To summarize the results of Halstead-Reita （ HR ） psychological test in patients with schizophrenia, and analyze the psychological characteristics of the patients with HR. Methods 76 cases diagnosed as Schizophrenia divided into negative and positive groups, HR neuropsychological test battery for assessment of cerebral nerve injury index （ DQ ）, and according to the packet level, a comparative analysis of the spirit of the schizophrenic brain damage and drug and duration of the relationship, different levels of dissolved oxygen （ do ） patients, negative and positive spirit split abnormal variables of patients. Results A total of 27 cases of schizophrenia patients with DQ abnormalities, accounting for 35.52 %, of which the connection, TPT total time, percussion and categories are. The total time, the category, the line A, and the connection B of the patients with negative schizophrenia were lower than the latter, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.01 ） . There was no significant difference between DQ and drug dose and duration of disease （P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusion HR is one of the effective methods to the degree of brain injury, diagnosis, is the distinction between the schizophrenia disease types of important reference, severe nerve injury patients accounted for than positive God schizophrenia than negative schizophrenia; schizophrenia patients DQ level and the drug dose and duration of length no correlation.
