摘　　要：颈心综合征为本虚标实,本虚系阳气不足、精血亏少,标实乃痰湿浊瘀,相互作用而发病。病因病机主要有风寒湿邪侵袭,心脾两虚,气血不足,气滞血瘀,肝肾不足,中医治疗有针灸、推拿、穴位注射、口服中药、针刀松解、穴位植入蛋白等,多能取得良好疗效。Carotid-cardiac syndrome is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superfieiality. Asthenia in origin are deficiency in Yangqi, blood and essenee. Asthenia in superfieiality are phlegrnatie hygrosis muddy and blood stasis. The asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality lead to this disease in effeeting each Other. The etiology and pathogenesis of the syndrome are wind-eold-wetness evil, heart-spleen deficiency, Qi-blood deficiency, Qi-blood stagnation, liver and kidney defieieney. Chinese medicine treatments are acupuncture, massage, aeupoint injection, taking traditional Chinese medieine by mouth, releasing with needle knife, embedding egg white in aeupoint, etc. The therapeutie effeet are very good.
