经方调治痰湿体质杂病

摘　　要：临证须紧抓痰湿体质形体肥胖,便溏,舌体淡胖,苔白腻/白滑,脉沉滑等辨证要素,把握病人整体状态,将辨别体质与选用经方有机结合。《伤寒论》《金匮要略》组方严谨、短小精悍,调治痰湿体质杂病,每获良效。咳嗽-苓甘五味加姜辛半夏杏仁汤,胃脘痞闷(痰湿中阻,胃气不降)-半夏泻心汤,腹胀(脾虚气滞)-厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤,真心痛(痰湿体质,痰瘀互结)-瓜蒌薤白半夏汤,胸闷、胸痛、中风(痰瘀阻络)-桂枝茯苓丸。The credit shall be clutching the phlegm dampness constitution of body fat, loose stools, pale tongue, white and greasy fur/white and smooth, slippery pulse and other dialectical elements, grasp the overall status of the patients, to identify the physical and the organic combination of classical prescriptions. ＂Treatise on the Jingui chamber＂ rigorous compatibility and dapper, regulating phlegm dampness constitution diseases, received good effect. Cough-linggan five flavour ginger pinellia almond soup, fullness in the stomach （phlegm dampness, stomach did not fall）-Banxiaxiexin decoction （spleen deficiency and qi stagnation, abdominal distension）-magnolia ginger pinellia licorice ginseng decoction; angina pectoris （phlegm dampness, phlegm and blood stasis）, Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction chest chest pain, in the wind （phlegm and blood stasis）-Guizhi Fuling pill.
