摘  要:[目的]观测散结止痛巴布剂"新乌头碱透皮促进剂"透皮速率。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,5只雌性SD大鼠标准喂养,制备新乌头碱标准曲线,建立测定新乌头碱皮肤渗透液HPLC方法,利用SD大鼠腹部皮肤,以TK-20A型透皮扩散渗透仪观测新乌头碱透皮性能,体外透皮试验测定透皮吸收促进剂对醇提物中新乌头碱经皮促透吸收影响,观测1%Azone、1%桉叶油、1%冰片、1%油酸对散结止痛复方醇提物中新乌头碱透皮吸收影响。[结果]复方醇提物中透皮促进剂促透顺序为:1%Azone>1%冰片>1%桉叶油>醇提物>1%油酸。不同透皮吸收促进剂对新乌头碱不同经皮促透作用,1%油酸促透作用不明显,1%Azone促透作用最强。[结论]Azone和冰片是散结止痛复方有效成分的良好促透剂。[Objective] To study the transdermal absorption and enhancer of the active ingredients in Sanjie Zhitong compound which, clinically used to treat the hyperplasia of mammary glands, the measaconitine, which was selected as the active ingredient of Sanjie Zhitong cataplasm. [Methods] To prepare the standard curve of mesaconitine and to establish the HPLC method which is to determine its transdermal concentration respectively. The transdermal absorption of this ingredient was studied by using the abdomen skin of SD rats as the material and the TK-20A type transdermal proliferation permeameter as the instrument. To test transdermal absorption of different transdermal enhancer using in vitro permeation experiments. The influences of the alcohol extracts of Sanjie Zhitong compound, azone, eucalyptus oil, borneol and oleie acid on their transdermal absorption were inspected respectively. [Result] The promoting sequence of alcohol extracts was listed: 1% azone〉l%borneol〉l% eucalyptus oil〉alcohol extracts〉l% oleic acid. Different transdermal enhancers of aconitine showed different transdermal effects, the effect of 1% oleic acid was not obvious, while the 1% azone was the strongest. [Conclusion[ Azone and borneol were the desire penetraion promoting agents to the active ingredients of Sanjie Zhitong compound
