推拿正骨治疗颈性类冠心病的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用推拿正骨治疗颈性类冠心病患者的治疗效果,给临床治疗提供理论依据。方法:将2015年2月~2016年2月在医院接受治疗的92例颈性类冠心病患者随机分成观察组与对照组各46例,对照组应用传统推拿法进行治疗,观察组应用推拿正骨方法治疗,两组患者治疗1个疗程后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状、生命体征的改善情况。结果:观察组显著高于对照组:观察组体征评分显著低于对照组,颈椎生理曲度变化幅度显著高于对照组。结论:应用推拿正骨治疗颈性类冠心病的临床疗效确切,值得在临床中推广使用。Objective： To explore the application of massage with orthopedic bone in patients with cervical coronary heart disease treatment, to pro- vide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods： 92 patients with cervical coronary heart disease who were treated in the hospital from Febru- ary 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with traditional massage method.The observation group was treated with massage and orthopedic method. After two courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy, clinical symp- toms and vital signs of the two groups were compared. Results： The observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）; ob- servation group score was significantly lower than the control group, cervical curvature of the curvature of the change was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of curative orthopedic treatment of cervical coronary heart disease is worth, and it is wor- thy to be popularized in clinical practice.
