中药热奄包配合颌枕带牵引治疗儿童寰枢椎半脱位疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药热奄包配合颌枕带牵引治疗儿童寰枢椎半脱位的临床疗效。方法:将60例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组均给予枕颌带牵引治疗,观察组同时给予中药热奄包治疗,两组均以7天为一疗程,观察治疗前后两组患儿临床症状、影像学指标及治疗效果等。结果:观察组治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药热奄包配合颌枕带牵引治疗儿童寰枢椎半脱位疗效显著。Objective： To observe the curative effect of traditional Herbal Reyanbao and jaw pillow with traction on atlantoaxial subluxation in chil- dren. Methods： 60 children were randomly divided into observation group and control group （n = 30）. Both groups were treated with occipital jaw traction. The rats in the observation group were treated with Herbal Reyanbao at the same time. The two groups were treated with 7 days. The clinical symptoms, imaging parameters and therapeutic effect of the two groups before and after treatment. Results： The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation in children with the occlusion of the Herbal Reyanbao is similar to that of the brachial pillow.
